NPMTI Cameroon 2026: National Delivery & Transformation Summit

Tuesday and Wednesday, at the Palais des Congrès in Yaoundé. Sessions marked Open are for everyone registered. Sessions marked Roll are for institutions that completed the 2026 cycle.

Open plenary. No institution's band is announced without its written authorisation. No proposal or pricing is presented in plenary; private meetings can be booked at the Summit.

The plenary is open across both days — the plenary is where the national findings are shared. The closed roundtables, the private institutional briefings and the reserved lounge are for institutions on the Roll: those that completed the 2026 cycle.

Institutions on the Roll and Programme tiers hold three places, matching the programme's delegation principle. Additional places 150,000 XAF each.

After the Summit closes — the Practitioner Session

Wednesday 9 December, 14:00–18:00. Palais des Congrès, a separate room. Separately registered and separately priced.

The Summit closes at 12:15. The Practitioner Session is for delegates rather than heads of institutions: project office heads, planning officers, programme and monitoring staff. It runs the same afternoon, in a different room, with its own registration and its own fee.

A capability baseline is an independent assessment of how well an institution delivers its projects.

Attendance

90 000 XAF per person · 60 000 XAF for delegates of a Founding Cohort institution. Registration closes 21 November 2026. The session is cancelled below thirty registrations and anything paid is refunded in full.

Two points. The Summit formally closes before this session begins, in a different room, with separate registration. And membership confers no recognition — Delivery Expert recognition is earned by assessment against published criteria, never through paying a membership fee.

Partner and Approved Centre Briefing

Tuesday 8 December, 16:30–18:00, Palais des Congrès, a separate room. Open by registration. No cap. No fee. Nothing is sold and no territory is granted.

The session sets out what an Approved Centre of Excellence is, the conditions of approval, the quality obligations that come with it, and what NPMTI will never delegate. Approval criteria are published in the first quarter of 2027, and the first approvals follow the delivery of the first independently validated capability baselines. The first twenty organisations to submit a complete expression of interest are offered an individual conversation in the first quarter of 2027.

NPMTI recognises its own facilitators and assessors. NPMTI does not authorize PMI instructors — that authorization belongs to PMI, through an Authorized Training Partner institution.

Four commitments to every institution in the room

They protect your institution's results, recognition earned by assessment and your time. They also constrain us, and we publish them for that reason.

Your result stays yours

Bands are absolute and earned against published criteria. No league table is produced, and your band is shared only with your specific written authorisation.

Recognition is earned, never bought

Sponsors fund capability for institutions that cannot fund their own. No sponsor influences an assessment, and none holds a platform in any session where recognition is conferred.

A forum, not a sales floor

No proposal or pricing is presented on stage or in plenary. Institutions that want to take a next step can book a private meeting with the NPMTI team at the Summit, and receive a written proposal within ten working days.

Partnerships by appointment

No deal room is held on the Summit floor. Investors, development partners and institutions meet in private, pre-arranged meetings, so that no recognition shares a stage with a transaction.

Register

Institutions on the Roll and Programme tiers are registered through their existing delegation. This form is for observer institutions, individual delegates and additional places.

Institutions that took part in a 2026 cohort already hold three places. We will confirm your entitlement before invoicing.

We respond within two working days with an invoice and confirmation.
